United States v. Microsoft (Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology): Two professors successfully defeated efforts by Microsoft Corporation to compel disclosure of their confidential research. The company, in defending itself against an antitrust action, sought to force the essay, professors to turn over their research materials, including taped interviews with employees of Netscape, a Microsoft competitor. Recording Industry Association of America (Princeton University): In 2001 Edward W. Essay?
